‘Making Mead and Traditional Honey Drinks’

Chris Park keeps bees on an organic farm in the Vale of the White Horse, UK in many styles of hives from logs to long hives. He is an expert in ancient beekeeping, a skep-maker, teacher, apitherapist and experimental skep beekeeper, writer, co-founder and chairman of the Beekeeping History Trust. He lectures and gives workshops within the UK at conferences to beekeeping associations and special interest groups. As a prolific mead maker, Chris has experimented with a wide range of traditional honey drinks, is often heard extolling their virtues, seen making libations and known to be a Druid.
