On a cool but dry Saturday morning, twelve of us gathered at The Frying Squad butty van to fuel up with breakfast sandwiches (strictly for energy, of course—not indulgence!). Once fed, we made our way to the archery site, where we were warmly welcomed by the club members.
After a thorough safety briefing and being kitted out with all the necessary gear, we spent a few enjoyable hours aiming at static targets out on the field. There were even a few impressive bullseye hits among the group!
A big thank you to Mark and the club for hosting us—it was a fantastic social event, and we’re already looking forward to doing it again!
